What to do if i am only administrator for forum but not owner and need help?

Hello, i have question.
I am administrator on purchased forum licence, but i am not owner.
I am not experienced in HTML, CSS etc for make WWW pages and buletins.
Then i try learn how handle with xenForo.
It is prety advanced, but have very lack and bad maked manual and helps for beginer people.

Example i like have map for some items. Like theme and colours and text.
I like to have manual with interactive or map that describe what do and where.
This color is for this part of board.
For this text and funciton are setings here and here you can change visible color and active click colour change.

I think that he's rather complaining about the lack of instructions-manual for XenForo.

Yes, i rather try some alone learn. I not feel to work as forum programer.
This forum program is for me too much advanced and not intuitive for beginers.
And manual is more like as description than say it manual.
There is lack informations for beginers and for basic settings like colour and text themes.

It's not Xenforos fault that you don't know HTML. Rather than a software license, you need a beginners book for web development.

basic settings like colour

If you need a manual for that, running a forum (or anything on a web server) is nothing for you.

There is plenty of support available to licensed customers and associated users.

If you require support, the license holder will have to add you to their license.
