MG 1.1 What modification is XF using in the sidebar

I can't find a working latest image mod for the sidebar. Does anyone know what XF is using here?

It's built into XenForo Media Gallery.

You can enable it by going to Admin CP > Applications > Gallery Options > Blocks Options > Recent Media Position

Can't get it to work in the sidebar. Perhaps because I am using the widget framework

Yes, that overrides the default sidebar.

There's a guide here to add the media block to various portal / widget type systems:

There's some code at the top, then you just need to scroll down to the section for Widget Framework for the instructions to add it there.
