"File health check" checks, if there are missing or edited files (different from original).
Let's say you want to install a new XenForo and for that you download the files from your customer area. Let's say this package includes 4000 files. Now if you upload all those files to your server and install Xenforo, and somehow in the upload process instead of those 4000 files, it uploaded 3999, then it would give you a warning like that above "missing file bla bla". So it warns you and tells you that not all files are uploaded correctly.
OR let's say you uploaded those 4000 files correctly, but you edited 1 file, like you deleted a line or something. Then it would also give you a warning telling you that one of your files is not in its original form (it tries to tell you that maybe some people edited your files without your permission, like 3rd-party programs or hacks etc.)
This is what file health checks.
Now to your case, those 2 files are missing. I don't know why. Just download your XF package again and upload those 2 files hiddeninput.exe
and symfony_debug.c
to the correct paths and re-run the check.
