What is the best, cheap mass-mailing solution out there?

I have heard of Mailchimp, mail gun, sendgrid and icontact. What do you like/use?

The most important thing to me is that the solution is really cheap.

I use Mandrill. they give you 12k emails free per month. I use this add on on along with it. when they release 1.4 there will be no need for this add on.
