What email provider will cover my board?

We have had many issues regarding users not getting there confirmation email and reply to thread emails etc.

Where do we go from here. We get 1000-2000 people register per day, 200k members we also want to market to them through email. What email provider would you recommend that could cover this and is easy to integrate with xenforo

It's not needed anymore.
There is only one advantage to bd mails which is placing users who are bounced in the bounced usergroup right away due to the connection to Mandrill's API. With the integrated system, it runs a cron every 60min (or 1 min the least), and then placing these users in the bounced usergroup.

Yes. You just need to configure a local email address under Mandrill's settings on their website for bounced emails (and configure the same email in XF's ACP)

I originally used AWS SES, but switched to Mandrill earlier this year and have been very happy with it.

I use www.SMTP2go.com and although it's a bit expensive, it's very high quality
