What do owners have to say about pros and cons of emojis?

Hi,

I am thinking about implementing emojis and using them instead of smilies. I like the idea of having this broad selection:



But I suspect there could be some unforeseen issues such as:

-emojis being used in usernames?
-emojis being used in thread titles? (I think andyb has an addon for that)
-too much visual clutter if users get emoji happy? (might be an addon to limit emojis per post)
-I assume there is no way to allow some members ability to hide all emojis if they find emojis irritating?

Am I missing anything else? Thanks!

You should be able to filter them out from new registrations with the Username match regular expression option.
