Nimbus host apepars to be well-recommended here but what is their support response time like? Are there any other hosts is specialize in Xenforo hosting that can aid me since I'd have no idea how to properly optimize the software.

Id either reccommend Nimbus (though depending on traffic, this could work out quite pricy) or look at picking up your own VPS / Dedicated Server and get someone who knows what their doing to configure it for you.
