looks like just a custom template that they call some amazon JS code on which brings in the board wrapper

Looks to me like an xF page, with an amazon deals javascript for content.

Thanks for the interest. Everything we do is coded for Xenforo and is installed as addons. The Amazon deals page was created by the guy who does most of our coding and is custom work for us. It relies a separate server to scrape and store the data and the tabs are organised to be relevant to our audience.
It's not something I have considered offering as an addon up to now.
