Fixed Weird dot between Post Reply and Upload File in reply box

Reproductable on Nexus 7 and Galaxy S2 on Chrome and Android 4.2.2. Dot doesn't seem to appear on AOSP browser on Galaxy S2.

As expected, it's the "flash isn't available" message. I've just disabled even trying to load that in some mobile-specific scenarios.
