XF 1.5 Was deleting add-ons from my FTP, now I got the HTTP ERROR 500

I need help please, I was deleting some add-ons from my FTP (they was not on my forum, I deleted them) and now, I got the HTTP ERROR 500.

Could you please help me to fix that ?

I'd guess you deleted files for an add-on that was still installed, check your error logs to see for sure
