Cannot reproduce Warning action not working as expected in 2.0.12 (or 2.1.1?)

Affected version

2.0.12 and maybe 2.1.1

Using these settings (this is currently the only warning action in place):

Points threshold: 10
Action to take: Ban
For time period: While at or above points threshold

I understand it's only supposed to trigger as the user passes the threshold but it isn't working.

Upgraded to 2.1.1 yesterday but I don't think that changed anything.

I'm not entirely sure whether this is a bug or not. If not, what am I doing wrong?

To save time, yes I have read the documentation. It seems I am following that correctly but it's still not working.

Update: Submitted to Xenforo support. Confirmed to be working correctly in XF 2.1.1.

I see no reason that wouldn't have worked in XF 2.0.12 (we've not made any changes here) but as long as it is working in XF 2.1.1 then that's good enough for us. Thanks for the update.
