XF 2.2 "Views" on threads have stopped incrementing

The Views counters on some threads - I believe it's based on the board, and maybe it's older threads - have just stopped incrementing.

New threads/certain boards seem to be incrementing fine.

We had this issue in the past but I cannot find any notes about how we fixed it.

I'm wondering if anyone has experience or suggestions for how to fix this or start tracking down the issue.

Actually our stats for new posts and users active etc have not been accumulating for a few days as well.

Have you looked at clearing the forum's cache?
Should be in admincp > tools

This can happen if the jobs queue isn't being drained fast enough. You may notice this if using the server-side cron which isn't being called aggressively enough for the site's usage.

I've seen this before as well. In such cases if they still want to use cron based job scheduling, I change cron to run the task twice.

Thanks @Xon it was a logjam in the jobs queue caused by issues we experienced with a traffic surge.
