I think this looks good! Well laid out but you have too many ads.

The large rectangular Google advertisement on the top ruins the look of the forum IMHO.
The large rectangular Google advertisement in the center of the page AND yet
another pop-up page Google advertisement when attempting to accesss one of your forums.

I wouldn't come back for the pop-up ad reason. Otherwise looks good!
