MG 2.1 Videos Transcode but produce error

I have a test site and development site on same VPS. Both have latest Xenforo and XFMG software. On the test site which has been in use for a few weeks I have no issues and can upload a video have it transcoded and play normally in browser. The domain that I will go live produces the error:

The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support.

The test site will upload the same video, transcode and play normally. I installed a fresh xen install with new database and installed MG via the upload in addon section in admin panel. So the brand new install will not work correctly.

I am not getting an errors in xenforo for this. Any ideas??

Interestingly, I was able to download the files and database from the Xen2.1 install which transcodes/plays videos correctly and import into the other website on same vps and the video uploads work correctly without issue. For some reason a brand new upload of files and database is having issues with the video on XFMG gallery working. Strange...
