Fixed Very small typographical error, I think

In the phrases:
user_email_confirmation_body_text
user_email_confirmation_body_html

It reads "you need confirm" -- shouldn't it be "you need to confirm"?

English isn't my mother tongue but somehow I'd still place to after need, am I right? Or are both ways correct?
