It appears as if years of forum mismanagement have finally caught up with them. I'm trying to put all the pieces of the puzzles together, but all of the sites have this at the bottom The Fora platform includes forum software by XenForo, but I recently stumbled across this one- https://www.skyscrapercity.com/

What is interesting is the founder of VerticalScope is in the Cayman Islands according to linkedin, but Vericalsucks is in Canada.

LOL. The Toronto f-ing Star owns Verticalscope? Cute. Did not know that. Not my favorite rag but it could be worse.

The stock is down almost another 60% since that article. The chart does not look good!

I turned down a VS purchase offer in May 2022, including a sizable chunk in stocks. Good thing, it was near it's peak when the offer was made. 80% drop in stock price would have seriously devalued the profitability on my end.

I had a 100k cash offer years ago for mine. Turned it down. One time some clowns from Kentucky contacted me and offered me 1200.00. ROFLOL.
Feel sorry for anyone who traded their site for VS Canadian stocks.

Not some sort of joke.
it reminds me of a local isp selling accounts to scammers pretending to be part of a firm in melbourne but ringing from their home in gippsland.
Nasty piece of work.

Someone offered to buy mine one time but I don't recall details. Don't think it was them unless they were prone to sneaking around and hiding behind false email addresses. Since we are a small, community-run site that I don't actually consider myself to "own", they got blown off.
