XF 1.5 Verification email?

People can't register to my forum since it doesn't send anything to their email to verify it.
So I'm the only user in my forums and it's stuck like that, any help?

Did you setup dkim and spf records?
If no, take a look in the spam folder.

I don't know, anyway no username get any message of verification or message at all.
And over the logs, that's the error I get:

Does your host let you send external email? asked them first.
