XF 1.2 VBSEO 3.6.1 Redirection Scripts

A client of mine wants me to import his 4.x vb forum and his vbseo 3.6.1 urls. I know how to import the forum, but I'm not too sure about the URLS.

So can someone guide me through this?

You'll need to provide old and new URLs for any sort of help if the 3.8 scripts Jake has laying around doesn't work.
