VAT registration for user upgrades

I'm currently setting up VAT for user upgrades (long overdue) and I'm stumped on the "Standard Industry Classifications (SIC) codes" page.

What the heck is the SIC for user upgrades? Anyone else from the UK able to help? Nothing I put in matches my business.

Finally found a couple that would fit... (I was searching for website before- not online)

On-line database publishing
On-line publishing n.e.c.
On-line publishing of statistics and other information
On-line journal (other than learned journals) and periodical publishing
On-line software publishing (except computer games on-line publishing)

Just FYI it doesn't really matter which code you use as long as its "somewhat" relevant. Also there's no consequence for the sic code being incorrect so anything will do.
