Importing a language with "Overwrite language" checked does not overwrite "Week start day" and "Currency format".
As designed Values "Week start day" and "Currency format" are not overwritten when importing a language

This seems to be as designed, and actually working the same way it always did in XF1.
Overwriting the language only replaces the phrases, it doesn't attempt to overwrite any of the other metadata associated with the language. I've added a note to clarify this behaviour.
