XF 2.3 v2.3.5 Time issue

Time shows later today message. The board is set in EST

This issue didnt exist prior to 2.3.5

Likely need to update the Standard Library add-on: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/standard-library-by-xon.7915/updates#resource-update-49183

Failing that, it's going to be due to another add-on or style customization, or outdated templates.

XF 2.3 Thread 'RM & ES stuck on Processing (2.3.5)'

The forums have successfully upgraded to 2.3.5 and then it prompt me to upgrade the RM and ES add on.

Both are stuck in the admin.php?tools/run-job



Tried to rebuild manually multiple times without success.

Am I doing something wrong here?

this happened on site i am staff on.
it was due to the standard library.
it has been updated and once installed no more problems.
