This add-on is installed on this website so you can see here how it works. You need to be logged in because this add-on has also a user group setting and for Unregistered / Unconfirmed, Guest, this add-on is turned off. It is mostly because to demonstrate this functionality :

Mobiles are made for finger use. How do you want to hover over that with fingers? No, this add-on doesn't have finger-over functionality. Even if you prefer to use your computer's browser in mobile view, rather than normal screen size, the right side menu will work. But the left menu won't because the left menu was changed by XF to be used in mobile, and mobile devices are adjusted for use with your fingers, not with your mouse.
 
i have no problem with the price as long as it works on our xenforo2 message board. is there a way to try before i buy? any kind of refund policy if it doesn't work? we just want basic 'hover drops down the top nav menus' functionality.

@xffutureuser - is it possible to change this so that the initial drop-down doesn't stay down when moused over but closes instead when you move your mouse off it?

While mouse over might not be essential for mobile view, the ability to collapse and expand a menu/sub-menu is definitely a plus, especially when the off-canvas menu contains a long list of menu/sub-menu.

Currently this add-on seems not to add the collapse/expand functionality to the menu on off-canvas menu...
 
Hmm, doesn't seem to be working on our board. New registrations have the option unchecked, they have to go into the menu and enable it.
