Utilizing Xenforo user logon outside of Xenforo

We're looking to separate our forums front page from Xenforo. However, we are wanting to do it in such a way that it's unnoticeable to the user. The page layout is simple to recreate, but the only hard part is including the user's logon, inbox, and alerts on a standalone separate webpage.

So, we are wanting to separate this page: http://www.mcbrawl.com/ from the rest of the Xenforo installation. But, we want the top user logon, inbox, alerts to update on a standalone webpage.

Sorry if this is confusing, but is this possible?
