Browser issue Users with facebook in-app browser not able to register

I've got the problem that users browsing with the facebook in-app browser are not able to register on my site. Registering with normal browsers like Chrome, Firefox or Edge have no problems registering. I have XF 2.0.7 installed. The error message looks like that:

I have noticed, that this behaviour is only on the first page the facebook user browses, when the user browses on a second page, registering is working fine.

I've tested a few permutations of this and I couldn't actually trigger it at all, though this was on the iOS version of the app.

Unfortunately, if that browser isn't providing support for cookies properly, there's not a lot we can do. Hopefully it will be fixed over time.

Hi Chris, thank you for your reply! The problem is resolved, it was a web server configuration issue. We had no automatic redirect from http to https activated in Plesk. Now there are no such errors any more when trying to register or login.
