XF 2.1 Users not receiving confirmation emails or any emails period?

For some reason users are complaining they're not receiving emails. I don't see anything in the "Email bounce log" and I haven't changed anything for a long time.

My email options show Default, but like I said I haven't touched it in years.

Any thoughts?
 
If no emails at all are being received and there are no errors logged in the ACP, contact your host and ask them to check the server mail log.
