XF 1.1 Users not able to sign up!

Hello.

When my players wants to sign up, they don't get their accepting mail, how do i fix ?

Does your host have their smpt mail servers correctly setup? You may have to manually change the server being used. I would contact your host regarding the mail server and ask them.

You can also try using a different mail server. Here is a guide for using Google as your SMTP server:

Or it could be a spam filter blocking the emails:
