XF 1.2 Users awaiting approval

I currently have 45 users stuck in "users awaiting approval". 100% of them appear to be spambots of some sort. Why isn't there a reject-all option here? Should I be reviewing these manually?

There currently isn't the ability to moderate users all at once. You'll need to do it manually or run a query.

[raises hand] feature request for "Reject All" and "Accept All", or "Set all to Reject"

It's confusing that the default on each is "Do Nothing" but also "Notify user if action is taken". First of all, if the majority of these users are actually spam, perhaps the default should be Reject. Second, it's weird to have multiple users selected as "do nothing" and then the action is "Process Users". Perhaps "Leave in Queue/Limbo" is clearer.
