What if you switch to default style, does the error still occur?

If only chrome, i think there should be some error in CSS / JS.
Right click on chrome, choose inspect element, and choose console.
If there are any error messages, it should be displayed there, in red background

That is most likely a problem with the Stylium style which is from the developer who shall not be named. You'll most likely need to download the style from the developer's site to replicate the error, but I advise against that.

That feature does not exist. If you want to view it for yourself (as an admin), you can create a PHP file that do custom query to pull all usernotes.

Honestly. I want to code them myself. Dan has been busy with personal life.

Thank you Kirk. I'll make a note, then, that the plan is to produce an XF2 version. We're migrating some time Q2 2018 so hopefully all the addons we need will be available by then.
