Jeremy isn't just a moderator. He is also a member of staff.

Yes, I know. However, he doesn't have access to the administrator control panel like the other staff members. He's the one "true moderator" from what he said. (I'll see if I can find his post.)

You need to PC any member of staff. I do not have access to the ACP to do it for you.
