Duplicate @Username To Direct Comments

It would be useful if in a topic you could use @Kier to direct a comment towards him, without quoting his post, and Kier be alerted of it.

For example: let's say you have a support thread and you want to answer 5 peoples issues without quoting their large posts. There should be a "alert" link beside "reply" that you can click that automatically inserts @username of the post author and that person will receive an alert showing a comment was directed towards them.

So instead of quoting this post, you could:

@Xarcell
excellent idea!

and I would receive an alert for it so that it is not missed.
