XF 1.4 Usergroups can only view own threads in node

I want users within a specified usergroup to only have the permission to view and reply to their own threads. They should not be able to view threads of others in this specified node.

So I used these permission settings for that group in the node permissions:



For some reason, when I test the permissions, I can't see the thread by that user, did I forget something here?

Did you test the permissions by logging on as that user, or using the admin user permission check? If the latter, it may be one of the things that doesn't work as expected.

Yeah the latter, I'll give it a try logging in as the user.

Running the permissions analyzer for the member and node will also show the final permission value.

Yep that worked, unlike the analyzer, which does not work for this specific permission. I have tried it multiple times. Actually this might be a bug with the PA.
