Usergroup with access to one forum only?

Maybe I should have a break, but I really have no idea how to add a new user group with access to one certain forum only.
I have to forbid all the other forums? I really don't want to do that.

Is that via an addon? I don't see browser language in the batch user update criteria

I didn't even check thinking that it had to be a selection criterion. Thanks for pointing this out, no it is not possible to sort users by selected language.
