Lack of interest Usergroup Promotion Options

I'd like to suggest a few new options into the "Usergroup Promotions" section of XenForo.

• Disable Demotions: For my community I have no need for demoting people the way I am using usergroup promotions. Having an option to remove this functionality would be great. I've done it manually by editing the php file.
• Promotion Activity Time: By default it's set to 72-hours, that's not a good process for my community. I had to disable this in the PHP for it to get all of my users into the proper group who hadn't been on for a few days. So instead of editing the PHP file, having this as an option for a one-time "grab them all" would be great.

As per this thread, I'd like to second the option to "Disable Demotions", and as per Clickfinity's suggestion, that any demotions are logged.
