Usergroup problem?

Hey guys,

I am very interested in purchasing Xenforo for my forum, however I have a problem.
We have A LOT of usergroups, and some users have a "Primary Usergroup" but use a "Secondary Usergroup" as their display usergroup. It is to my understanding that this can't be done on Xenforo - or am I wrong?

For example:
A user has $25 donor usergroup
but wants to change to their $50 usergroup (both different name colours)
will the $25 donor usergroup completely disappear from their account.
I'm guessing in order for the 2nd usergroup to be applied, the 1st one needs to be completely removed?

Basically is there anything that makes it identical/better than vBulletin's system

Thanks in advance!

XenForo supports a single primary usergroup per user, and multiple (unlimited) secondary usergroups per user.

You should be able to easily replicate what you had in vBulletin.

I see.
So it is possible to have say the Primary UG "Registered User" but have a Secondary UG (say $25 Donor) as the display usergroup? So that the Secondary UG would be the display usergroup for the user on their profile
