I would like to apply maximum bandwidth use settings per usergroup. This would allow us to limit the bandwidth use of specific usergroups.
This is specifically useful to stop extreme bandwidth use by members who scrape the site.
It would also be useful to reserve large bandwidth use to paying members.
Optimally there would be settings to control what restrictions are applied once a bandwidth limit is reached. For example:
Block viewing of attachments & media.
Block viewing of thread content.
Etc.
