user upgrades

I would like to see so the **** actually upgrades your primary user group instead of you second usergroup. cuz for me when they pay their second usergroup get moved to ''vip'' but still they can't view the forums etc cuz it's the secondary usergroup... so basically it's useless since it upgrade the secondary usergroup. and if you have vip role as secondary you can't view the vip only forums and idk how to fix it

Sounds like you don't have your permissions set up in the recommended way and the way they were designed. You should post in the customer forums for support on how to set them up correctly.

wdym i've set up the **** wrong. you choose what user group that can access what forum that's how i did it. and i can't post threads in support

If you are a licensed customer, log into your customer account and associate your forum user in there to be able to post in customer forums.

In the first instance, you need to own a license to receive support.
