Other User upgrades query

Hello, I'm looking for code that queries members that recently upgraded in a list.

[King] John
[Knight] Joe
[Queen] Jane
..
..

Where the prefix ([King]) is the title of the upgrade, and the Forum name.

Not sure I understand. Does the title change after user has been upgraded/promoted?

Yes, the upgrades are group promotions.
