User Upgrades In Multiple Currencies

I am looking for feedback on how you setup your user upgrade currencies.
We have many users from the UK, US and Europe. At the moment all our upgrades are priced in gbp £, but I feel sometimes the currency conversion via PayPal puts people off from other countries.
My question is. How can we, or how do you list upgrades in lets say £, $ and euro, without making the list seem massive.
ie.
upgrade 1= £10 pounds
upgrade 1= $13 Dollars
upgrade 1= €11 Euros

upgrade 2= £20
upgrade 2= $26
upgrade 2= €22

Any ideas or insight would be appreciated.
