XF 1.3 User upgrades for multiple sites with the same PayPal account?

As XF wants me to use IPN and a PHP script, I'm guessing this isn't really possible?

The IPN URL doesn't matter to XF. It just needs to be enabled in PayPal's options; the IPN URL is passed through with the payment. There shouldn't be an issue with multiple sites using one account
