XF 1.5 User Upgrade System - User Group Error

How can I solve this problem unless someone buy VIP membership system is doing its additional VIP member groups so users can not access to the VIP area where members of the main group? There adding additional members to the group in the main group settings but no change feature, please can you help?

Hello

VIP upgrade membership system is add to users for second user groups VIP but first user group is Normal User therefore VIP users can't access to V.I.P membership's area . How can ı upgrade system add first user group to vip user

User group promotions are designed to add users to user groups as a secondary user group, they aren't designed to change the primary user group. The primary user group for everyone should be the Registered group.

I suspect that you have used Never in the view permissions for the Registered group. Don't use Never as it cannot be overridden. You should use Not Set (No).
