XF 1.2 User Upgrade Questions

We have a lot of paid user upgrade accounts, don't want anything to happen to their current accounts but. I have a few questions to ask just in case we stop offering it to future buyers or have it on a 3rd party site from now on so I have a few questions.

1. If we change the price for the user upgrade, for everyone who is still under the yearly plan will it change the price for them or will it still auto-renew no problem via the same price they have been paying each year?

2. (Using 3rd party site What if we wanted to offer the user upgrade 'signup+payments' to be handled with another subscription based website (3rd party) is it possible to get the API so this will work with standard xenforo?

Example:

a. User buys membership offsite but the forum api catches it and changes their usergroup on Xenforo.

3. If #2 cannot be accomplished - is this even possible with custom work or cant be possible at all?

The recurring price will be what it was when they subscribed.
Price changes do not affect existing purchased upgrades.

That would require an add-on.
