Hi when add inside paypal my domain like example.com/index.php/payment_callback.php. or i can add it without index.php?

You would add it without index.php -- basically take the "Board URL" setting value (assuming it's correct) and add "/payment_callback.php" to it.

actualy works only with index.php, without index.php when click subscribe got redirect on paypal site, not to payment page?

Enabling IPNs has nothing to do with what you see on PayPal or how the payment process works.

Or are you talking about something else?
