XF 1.5 User upgrade issue.

Hello,

I have a premium page on my website and members are able to subscribe to a premium package and chose the periode also...
However, everything is working when the person purchase a pack but after 1 month (by ex.), the user stays in the premium group...

Is this normal?
If not, what shall I do to solve this because it is terrible annoying because I have to note everything...

1) Were they added to the group via the user upgrade system?

2) Make sure this has been running:

Admin CP -> Tools -> Cron Entries -> Downgrade Expired User Upgrades
