XF 2.1 User Upgrade Groups

i am looking for a way to divide my user upgrades into groups.
As an example I attach a screenshot.

I know where to find that but there is no option to group single upgrades

Ok, like I said you need to setup several user upgrades :

• VIP 1 Months
• VIP 3 Months
• VIP 6 Months

etc

Okay, sorry, maybe my description wasn't really clear.
i want to be able to create different groups in order to divide and separate the groups where there are multiple user upgrades.

Group 1
-> User upgrade 1
-> User upgrade 2

Group 2
-> User upgrade 3
-> User upgrade 4

each group has a different effect to the rights and timeframe
