User State And Access

Not sure if this is a BUG.

Say a Valid user state changes to Email Bounced.
Or a user signs up but has not validated email address.
In both cases, shouldn't the access to content be restricted tll the state is back to Vald again?

Users in any non-valid state get the same permissions as Unregistered/Unconfirmed group.

Our site is a PAID site and was finding some issues when user state changed to email bounced (for testing).
Will test this in detail tonight and update.
