XF 1.2 User Registration - Enable Email Confirmation

I had 18 new members join my forum yesterday and 4 of them said they did not receive the Email Confirmation request.

I subsequently emailed them, from the same account that the confirmation email is supposed to be sent from and they all replied to that email.

My question is, has anyone experienced this? I did a search on my members and found a further 7 that were awaiting email validation.

When you say server logs I assume you are talking about logs outside of xenForo?
Unsure why the emails from the forum would be spam trapped but the ones I send direct from the same address are not.

Yes, you need to ask your host to check the server mail logs to see if they were actually sent.

Spam traps and filters can be unpredictable.
I get 20 or so emails from the same address every week - some of them make it through, others are flagged as spam.
