The other elements are default in XenForo, check out Appearance-> Style Properties -> Messages -> Settings -> User. Make sure you have selected the right style for those settings.View attachment 230584

I have 2 years license xenForo :|You really should stay away from nulled sites.
The site in your screenshot is a nulled pirate site.
