Add-on User matching add-on

Hi,
I manage an e-learning community site called MoocLab.club. My users are people who are interested in studying courses online.
I've been looking for an add-on that would allow my users to find compatible "study buddies" with whom they can work together with online. Technically, it would be something like a dating app, but for people to find study partners based on the course, subject, language, study preferences etc.
Is there currently an add-on that would allow me to set this up? If not, is there an experienced coder who'd be interested in developing one?
