XF 2.1 User like and post count missing

We have a user complaining about his like count and post count not being correct. I have gone through his profile and I can see that he posted way more than what is shown in his postbit. same for reaction received. Not quite sure if this actually is a single case or same thing is happing to other users as well.

There was no manual change to his user account just in case someone asks.

Did you rebuild your caches? Do that first.

Not sure what to do for the likes count but the cache rebuilds should fix it.

I did the rebuild but did not solve the issue. Just installed Liam add-on and the rebuild was successfully executed.
