XF 2.1 User ID - How do I Find User

I am running an error on one of my add ons and it gives me the User ID, how do I find the actual user for this ID?

Thanks but that did not work for me and I just get this. so this might well be why it is running an error to start off with.

Is that all it says?

It doesn't also say The requested page could not be found. ?

Are there any errors showing up in the error log when you try to view that user? How about the web server log?
